The speaker will announce “Restoring to factory settings” and will flash a red light on the top. Using a paperclip or some other small object, press and hold the reset button inside of the speaker for 15 seconds. Make sure the speaker is currently plugged into power and has been running for more than 45 seconds. How do I factory reset my JAM WiFi speaker? Press and hold until you hear the audible response, “Resetting back to factory settings.” It will take the speaker some time to reinitiate, so please wait until the LED shows solid red before attempting to connect to it. You will need a pin to press the reset button at the back of the speaker. If all else fails, reset and reconnect the speaker. If showing a solid blue light: your speaker is connected to a WiFi network please proceed to step 2. If showing a solid red light: your speaker is disconnected from your WiFi network and needs to be reconnected. 
If no light (no matter what color): please check to see if the speaker is plugged in.
